		<description>Thanks Chris.  The threat of being held accountable as an editor is the main reason I have tried to avoid making judgment calls on whether or not to delete a particular comment.  

The last thing I wanted was someone to say "you deleted my comment but left so and so's up there."  

At least now I have some basic criteria to go by.</description>
