Bar Leaders Institute
Brian March 17th, 2006
Today, Jerry and I attended the Bar Leaders Institute in Abingdon. Several interesting topics were covered and I met several folks I had heard a lot about.
Probably the highlight for me was meeting Robert Grey, ABA President, who gave an exceptional talk over lunch. Grey is without a doubt, one of the best speakers I have ever seen.
All of the other speakers and panelists were also good and informative.

I’ve been to the BLI in the past, and it’s always a good event. Unfortunately, I’m way too busy at the office to have been able to take yesterday off. Wish I could have been there, though.
I guess for most attorneys, being busy is a good thing. In your case, though, I would prefer for your office to lose some “business.”
Also, there was someone from your office there.
I had to be in Wise County.
Do they have any events back my way?
I am not sure, Chris. Usually you all have all the good events on that end of the state.
