I am not really sure what an "Arts and Crafts" style is, but its certainly old. I have not been able to figure out exactly when it was built, but it was around 1919. Its going to be for me, if I can ever get it all fixed up. So far its been a slow process to fix up, but I think it will be worth the work. Thanks NovaDem.
