As someone pointed out at CC, this is definitely a wreck, since they’re driving in the wrong direction.
Good find! Only thing is that I would have had it as a tractor pull. They want to take the state in different directions. Potts would probably be ramming the rope as he would want in.
Or this could be a road course?
Ha. A tractor pull is a great idea. Do they even have tractor pulls in Northern Virginia, though?
