Acres of Democrats

The annual Acres of Democrats is coming up. On Sunday, September 4, 2005, at 2:00 p.m., “acres” of Democrats will gather at the Elizabeth Brown Memorial Park in downtown Wytheville.

Barbecue lunches will be provided for $5.00 by the Wythe County Democratic Committee.

The host will be Rick Boucher, Ninth District Congressman. Absent something happening, they are hoping Kaine, Byrne, and Deeds will all be there too. I assume all of the local House of Delegate candidates will also be in attendance.

Mark it on your calendars. :)
