I did not know that...We've had them for as long as I've had a car. Although I didn't know I needed one when I first got my car and mom neglected to get me one and I got a ticket for not having one. Had to pay $15 plus the money for the decal. That was a boring story but I hadn't said hi in awhile so HI! Um, you didn’t have county decals before?
