Strange Site

While doing my forced browsing via BlogExplosion, I came across a guy’s blog where he had posted this site - http://www.perplexcity.com/ I would have linked to his post, but I was past it before I realized this strange site.
He said it was written backwards in a Firefox catalog. Just wondering if anyone knows anything about this.
