World Leaders for Kerry

Who was it that said Kerry’s statement that he could bring other world leaders to the table if he was elected was false? Oh yeah, it was George W. Bush and I guess he was wrong.
This article via TalkLeft, seems to support John Kerry’s claims that he can get Germany involved in a coalition to re-build Iraq. Although, the Defence Minister, Peter Struck’s comments are only suggestive and not definitive, they seem to indicate Germany would be more open to a Kerry/Edwards administration.
