One can tell its election time back home in the 9th District. Rick Boucher is busy making announcements all over the Ninth Congressional District in hopes of being re-elected.
Boucher has done a lot for the area and continues to be a strong advocate for Southwest Virginia. Hopefully, he will have the opportunity to continue “Fightin’ for the Ninth.”
